Lets start with a quick introduction. who you are, where your from, what you do in the band ....
Hello my name is Yoder, and I play drums in perfect time in the band good with grenades.

So your from Phoenix , What's the biggest difference between the AZ scene as opposed to all the other places you've played?
The Phoenix scene has a lot of great bands. But it seems, a lot these days in our hometown that everyone stays for the band they wanna see... and then they bolt after they play. They never seem to stick around for all the other bands which I think is a drag. Cause everywhere else we play everyone comes early, watches all the bands, and then stays late to hangout and talk to everyone.

Now you guys write and produce all your songs by yourself, are you planning on sticking to that, do you feel its beneficial?
As of now we are. Its just a great way for us to A: Save money. and B: Have our own say about our music and where we want to go with it. Although I feel when we get into a studio with a major producer. We might be fighting a lot more to keep our sound OUR SOUND.

Whats the status on your full length?
We are about 5 songs down with another 5 or 6 to go. We don't know if we want to re-do some songs of the EP or even bring up some older stuff and re write that. But right now as opposed to the Identity EP, where every song sounded different from the last. Their will be more of a cohesive sound for the full length. I don't want to say they will all sound the same, because they don't. They will just have more of a unified sound.

What do you think are some misconceptions about being in a band?
Well, everyone I talk to seems to think that being in a band is the most glorious and glamorous lifestyle. And to be completely honest. Its not. You always smell, your always broke, you don't get a lot of sleep, you are doing all this traveling and waiting around for just a half hour of playing. And if that half hour doesn't do it for you, you should find another profession.

What are your plans for 08?

For all of those who don't know where we got our name. If you read the book THE GIVER, on the 16th line of the 212 page. You see the words good with grenades. And that's where we got it from. ; )
